Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your fragrance as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please see our policy below:

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Unused, with the seal intact
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume
bottles.

Return Process:

- Contact us on enquiries@zamanparfums.com to initiate a return.
- Package the item securely, including your receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If
approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
